To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send an email explaining the issue to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your sauce(s). Promptly return the item(s) to us in a timely fashion. All instructions will be provided via email. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified, in writing, by Hot Sauce Shero or one of the company's representatives.
